Our collaboration with Panoton began with a series of in-depth product strategy workshops. These sessions served as a critical foundation, enabling us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the platform’s goals, target audience, and differentiators in the gig economy space. By working closely with key stakeholders, we identified both immediate and long-term objectives, clarified the full scope of the product, and mapped out an actionable plan. This structured approach ensured that every decision— from branding to technical features— was grounded in a clear vision that maximizes Panoton’s potential to redefine how gig work is accessed and managed.
With the product roadmap in hand, our next focus was creating a seamless user experience that would foster engagement and trust. We centered our UX design on intuitive navigation, clear communication of job opportunities, and a visual style that felt both professional and approachable. From the logo and color palette to iconography and layout choices, every design element was carefully curated to reflect Panoton’s mission of offering the benefits of full-time employment with the autonomy of gig work. The resulting interface not only looks refined but also empowers users to quickly find and apply for opportunities, helping them feel confident and in control of their gig journeys.
The wireframe phase brought these concepts to life in a tangible way, allowing us to test user flows and validate key functionalities early on. Through iterative prototyping, we were able to highlight potential pain points and ensure the platform’s core features were both intuitive and technically feasible. This process also informed the technical scope— establishing clear requirements for blockchain integration, secure payment gateways, and robust data handling. By rigorously refining the wireframes, we paved the way for a streamlined development process, ensuring that Panoton’s ambitious vision would translate into a practical, reliable, and future-ready product.
