What happens now
Phil reads what you sent. No robots answer for him. Within two days you get your answer in writing: what holds, what doesn’t, and what it’s worth spending next. If we need longer, you’ll hear from us before day two.
No. The free assessment runs on context: what it does, what built it, where it hurts. Code only ever moves later, under NDA, with the scope, and plenty of reads never need it at all.
We do. No subcontractors, no outsourced reviewers. The assessment does not rely on AI: the reading and the judgment are ours. Nothing you send is used to train anything.
Then you’re early, which is the cheapest time to find out. You can send an idea, roadmap, or page of notes. You’ll hear what proving it would take, and whether it looks worth proving, before anyone spends a dollar building it.
Then you’re holding exactly what the assessment is for. A lot of this work arrives after the original builder has gone. We tell you what the system does, what it needs, and who should own it.
The NDA arrives with the scope, signed before any code moves. The free assessment is designed not to need one: you keep the sensitive parts, and you still get your answer. If your situation needs paper sooner, say so in the form and we’ll sort it out.
Plain language you could forward to a board, not a pitch. If you need it signed and bounded for the record, that’s what the Production Audit is for: evidence, ranked findings, go or no-go, in writing. If the honest answer is that you don’t need us, that’s the answer you get.
The assessment is $0, always, and it isn’t a coupon for the next thing. If the answer is stop, or ship it yourself, or don’t build it at all, that’s the whole transaction. When something is worth proving, the Production Audit is $5,000 and takes up to five business days, priced to stand alone: yours to take anywhere, including to someone else’s build team.
The form takes about ten minutes. The answer comes back within two days. If something makes us need longer, you hear that before the deadline, not after it.
We do not judge how the system got here. Our recommendations follow the evidence, including when the answer is no.
