We are a Denver firm about 25 minutes away. InTheory acts as a part-time AI and technology lead for established service businesses, from engineering consultancies near campus to law and accounting offices serving the county seat.
Golden's employers support a cluster of engineering, environmental and technical consultancies whose costly work is proposals, document management and keeping project status current across clients. Many of these firms hold decades of reports that staff search by memory, which makes an internal knowledge assistant a realistic project. As the county seat, Golden also has law and title-related offices dealing with intake and document review. Small manufacturers along the US-6 and SH-58 corridor deal with quoting and order paperwork that rarely connects to accounting.

Yes. Golden is within our regular on-site area. We would meet at your office for the diagnostic phase and training, and handle routine reviews by video. Engineering teams often prefer one longer working session over several short visits, and we can plan for that.
Often, yes. An internal knowledge assistant can search approved project folders and return sources so staff can check them. We would start with a limited, well-organized set of documents, keep client-confidential files out unless permitted, and measure time spent searching.
No. Quote follow-up, order intake from emailed PDFs and connecting your quoting tool to QuickBooks or your ERP are common targets for small manufacturers. We would map the order-to-invoice process first and fix the step that causes the most rework.
