How do I find all our subscriptions?
Export 12 months of card and bank transactions, filter for recurring charges, and check your identity provider or Google/Microsoft admin console for connected apps.
Should we cancel everything unused?
Check contracts first. Some tools are needed seasonally or for compliance records. Downgrading tiers is often safer than cancelling outright.
