The Denver Tech Center is a business district, not a city. It runs along I-25 between I-225 and Arapahoe Road across parts of Denver, Greenwood Village and Centennial. Owner Shea Properties said in 2023 that the park covered 908 acres with about 35,000 workers and roughly 1,000 tenant companies.

We are a Denver firm about 20 minutes from the DTC. For established service firms in Belleview Station, Greenwood Plaza, Fiddler's Green and the surrounding office parks, we act as a part-time AI and technology lead with written scope.
The DTC's tenant base leans toward financial services, technology and IT, telecom and professional services, with Pax8 headquartered here and Charter Communications nearby. For the smaller firms among those roughly 1,000 tenants, the expensive workflows are office work: proposals, client onboarding, meeting notes into the CRM, renewals and recurring client reports. IT providers in the area handle ticket triage and quoting. Staffing and recruiting firms serve the corporate tenants. Many already pay for Microsoft 365 or Salesforce features they have not switched on.

Yes. We regularly meet clients in DTC offices for kickoff, workflow mapping and training sessions, and work by video for weekly reviews. Short drives from our base make on-site days easy to schedule.
Yes. MSPs often have the technical skills but not the time to fix their own operations. Common targets are ticket triage, quote and proposal turnaround, and renewal tracking. We would measure first-response time, hours per proposal and renewal rate.
They overlap. The DTC spans Denver, Greenwood Village and Centennial, so firms in the district may sit in any of those cities. We work the same way across all of them, with on-site sessions included as part of our Denver metro coverage.
